ROI — (Net Profit ÷ Cost of Investment) × 100. Use for campaign or portfolio; beware of timing lags.

CAC — Total Sales & Marketing Cost ÷ New Customers. Include media, labor, tools; match period to customer counts.

CLV/LTV — Avg Purchase Value × Avg Purchase Frequency × Customer Lifespan. For SaaS, use ARPU × lifespan; prefer gross margin LTV minus refunds.

LTV:CAC — LTV ÷ CAC. Target ≥ 3:1 at or before payback; adjust by cash needs.

Payback Period — Days until cumulative gross margin covers CAC.
